Kryfix Hybrid Sealant & Adhesive is a versatile, high-performance MS Polymer-based sealant designed for demanding industrial, construction, and domestic applications. It offers strong elastic bonding, wide material compatibility, and excellent environmental resistance—all in an eco-conscious, solvent-free formulation.

• MS Polymer, moisture-curing formulation
• Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and low-odour
• Excellent UV and aging resistance
• Wide temperature tolerance: –40 °C to +140 °C (short-term)
• Strong mechanical properties:
• Elongation at break: ~600%
• Tear strength: ~15 N/mm
• Shear strength: ~1.5 MPa
• Tensile strength: ~3 MPa
• Paintable, with excellent colour stability (available in black, grey, white)
• Volume change <3%, Shore A Hardness: ~50
• No bubbling or shrinkage on cure
