Arden Gardens was recently completed by Hickory Group in North Melbourne, Victoria.
This extensive mixed-use development includes 299 apartments, 12 retail outlets including Woolworths and office space.
Krystol Group VIC supplied Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) concrete waterproofing admixture and Hyperseal Waterstops to this project. KIM and Hyperseal BR waterstops were applied to the lift pits and over-runs.
