Mercure Hotel Sydney Rouse Hill was recently completed in Sydney’s west by GrowthBuilt Pty Ltd for Lewis Land Group.
This $20m development forms part of the Fiddler Hotel complex in Rouse Hill and features 78 rooms, conference and wedding facilities, a gym and pool.
Krystol Group supplied Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) waterproofing admixture and Hyperstop DB Waterstops which were applied to the lift pit base & walls of this project. KIM is a chemical admixture used for the treatment of concrete and concrete products to protect against water intrusion, leakage, cracking, chemical attack, and corrosion of reinforcing steel. Hyperstop DB is a hydrophilic bentonite waterstop for in-situ concrete construction joints.
