Construction Fast Cure Sealant 600ml Sausage

Kryfix Construction Fast Cure Sealant is a fast-curing, solvent-free polyurethane sealant designed for structural bonding and sealing in construction and automotive applications. With high durability, excellent chemical resistance, and broad material compatibility, it delivers strong, elastic bonds under tough conditions.

Properties

• One-component, moisture-curable polyurethane

• Solvent-free and odorless, with no VOC emissions

• Fast skin formation (40–60 min) and rapid curing

• High elasticity (600% elongation at break)

• Excellent tensile (2 MPa) and tear strength (8 MPa)

• Can be sanded and coated after curing

• Short wire drawing, non-sag formulation for vertical surfaces

• Aging-resistant, non-corrosive, and thermally stable

• Operating temperature: –40 °C to +90 °C

• Paintable after skin forms (with prior compatibility testing)

Application areas

• Seam, weld, and joint sealing in construction and industrial builds

• Automotive and motorcycle body panel bonding (except engine areas)

• Waterproof sealing on metals, ceramics, plastics, and coated surfaces

• Suitable for use on ferrous/non-ferrous metals, plastics, ceramics

• Not recommended for PMMA or polycarbonate without compatibility test

• Not for engine bays or high-fuel-exposure environments

Suitable surfaces: Ferrous Metals, Non-Ferrous Metals, Coated Metals, Ceramics, Plastics (excluding PMMA and polycarbonate unless tested), Painted Surfaces.
