KGM-300 is a single component, water-based, UV stable, acrylic emulsion waterproofing Class II membrane. It is an elastomeric, environmentally friendly membrane that cures to form a durable, UV resistant, odourless, impervious, seamless membrane that resists re-emulsifying after it has fully dried even if immersed in water.

KGM-300 has been formulated for applications requiring long term waterproofing for both exposed and non-exposed external applications. This includes exposed areas of concrete, timber decks & roofs; as well as immersed and underground applications like ponds and planter boxes.
