Cockram completed construction of Ikea at Tempe, in Sydney’s inner south. This development also included the conversion of a heritage building located on the site into an administration head office.

KRYFIX provided a range of Hyperseal Waterstops to this $120m project.

Hyperseal BR, Hyperstop DB and Hyperseal D230 waterstops were applied to the lift pits, travellator pits, basement section and water tanks.

It is suitable for static or low movement construction joints and cold-joints. Hyperstop DB is a hydrophilic bentonite waterstop suitable for in-situ concrete construction
