Located at Kogarah, in the southern suburbs of Sydney, this $277m development, completed by Multiplex and designed by Jacobs Architects, includes construction of a new Acute Services building. This includes 8 operating theatres, 128 new inpatient beds, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories, a new sterilising department as well as helipad and carpark.
KRYFIX provided Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) admixture to this project.

Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) is a chemical admixture used for the treatment of concrete & concrete products to protect against water intrusion, leakage, cracking, chemical attack, & corrosion of reinforcing steel.
Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) was applied to the roof deck and helipad of this development.
